We are looking for German-speaking Content Moderators who are detail-oriented and capable of making rational decisions when reviewing user-generated content. In this role, you will help maintain platform integrity by ensuring content follows community standards and marketplace guidelines.

What You'll Do- Review and moderate user-generated content and listings in German
- Ensure platform content complies with community guidelines and policies
- Identify and remove non-compliant or inappropriate content
- Apply local market knowledge when making moderation decisions
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity while managing moderation queues
- Handle peaks in queue volumes during promotion and high-traffic periods
- C1/C2 German (mandatory)
- English B2 or higher
- Strong analytical and moderation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to make rational and objective decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces
Work Schedule
24/7 Rotational Shifts (Monday – Sunday)
Shift options:
07:00 – 16:0014:00 – 23:00
22:30 – 07:30
Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
Salary & Benefits- Base Salary: €1,100 gross × 14 months
- Attendance Bonus: €100/month × 11 months
- Meal Allowance: €7.63/day
