The Order Management Specialist will be part of the ABB EL Service Spain operations Team, reporting directly to the Service Operations Manager. This position, located in Sant Quirze, Barcelona, Spain, is responsible to provide internal and external customer support.
Manage customer accounts including orders and expedites from order intake to delivery.
This is a position with global grade

Your responsibilities
• Ensures customer satisfaction by coordinating with customers and internal functions, providing them with relevant information.
• Ensures the resolution of customer issues, including order, technical, and payment-related issues, by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
• Manages post-sales and customer claims management in SFDC and addresses the Level 2 and 3 issues to the factories.
• Provides appropriate solution(s) for customer requests and coordinates with related teams to ensure complete handling of requests, including order changes, order completion, expediting requests, credit management, tracking and communication aspects, account block and suspension, etc.
• Collects and archives documentation related to orders and records assumptions and decisions made during the process, in the systems, within their own area of responsibility.
• Analyzes statistics, including forecasting, pacing, etc., using available tools and collecting relevant information.
Your background
• 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues.
• Knowledge of principles and practices in customer service.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
