Work location: Rhine Valley, Switzerland
Home office: For EU residents 1 day, for Swiss residents at least 4 days (social security reasons)
Tasks
Your Tasks:
• Planning release cycles in collaboration with business stakeholders and the IT implementation team, including specific ERP instances and configurations.
• Defining and documenting the scope, objectives, and outcomes of releases.
• Increasing the frequency of ERP system releases by automating regression tests in close cooperation with the quality assurance team.
• Leading release meetings to communicate status, risks, and issues.
• Coordinating release activities to ensure alignment and information dissemination among all stakeholders.
• Managing dependencies and conflicts to minimize impact on release timelines.
• Collaborating with the quality assurance team and business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive testing of releases.
• Establishing and enforcing business acceptance and testing procedures.
• Conducting post-release reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Overseeing deployment processes for the ERP to ensure smooth and efficient releases.
• Creating and maintaining documentation for releases, including release notes and known issues.
Requirements
Your Qualifications:
• Solid experience (minimum 3 years) working on international ERP projects, ideally with Microsoft D365 F&O.
• Experience in project management, planning, and coordinating activities according to plans and deadlines, ideally with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• A high level of personal motivation and a strong ability to communicate at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as a self-starter, managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Ability to delegate work to cross-functional teams.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think clearly and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong team player.
