We work solely on deals - helping buyers and sellers to prepare better, close faster, and realize profits sooner on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and financing transactions.
Our principal focuses as regards to this position are in the areas of: Financial due diligence projects, working for either the acquirer or the vendor. Both private equity houses (including some of the top worldwide names) and major international and national corporate clients.
Critical review of the key value drivers of the business, both for the historical period or financial projections. Leverage the use of Data & Analytics tools to focus our efforts in delivering insights: our view on the main financial and business issues or upsides identified during our work Provide support to our clients in price adjustment definitions and analysis Requirements: Degree in Business/Economics or Engineering Fluent in English (day-to-day work will be in English) Spanish will be a plus (not mandatory) 2-3 years of experience in audit Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Advanced Excel and Power Point skills Data analytics will be a plus (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot & Alteryx) Continuous training including an initial 4-week Data analytics training in our D4D center Flexibility to travel SummaryLocation: MadridType: Full time
