We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to manage and optimize our ServiceNow platform, ensuring efficient incident, problem, change, and service request management.
If you're eager to apply your expertise in a dynamic environment, where innovation and agility are at the forefront, this is your chance to make an impact.What you will do: Manage and configure the ServiceNow platform to meet our business needs.Implement, maintain, and optimize ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Request Management.Develop custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and reports.Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with IT standards.Provide technical support and training to users, managing user accounts, roles, and authorizations.What you bring & who you are:A degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience in managing and configuring ServiceNow platforms.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow's ESM platform, modules, and web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and a track record of successful delivery in fast-paced environments.ServiceNow certifications are an advantage.Fluent in English, with Spanish or German being a plus.About the team:Our ServiceNow team is at the heart of Axpo's IT operations, driving innovation and efficiency across all our services.
