 •  Supporting process automation within the Language Operations subchapter and other relevant sub-chapters.
 •  Contributing to initiatives and projects within the DIA organization and GCS, fostering knowledge sharing and promoting the "one Roche" approach.
 •  Providing support for software localization and internationalization topics in development projects.

Who You Are:

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in terminology management and language solutions. Specifically, we are looking for someone who has:

 •  Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining consistent terminology in English.
 •  Proficiency in establishing and leading cross-department terminology circles or subject matter expert groups.
 •  Expertise in supporting terminology localization efforts and collaborating with stakeholders.
 •  Ability to manage and enhance terminology databases effectively.
 •  Strong skills in gathering input for terminology updates and working collaboratively with subject matter experts and project teams.
 •  A focus on ensuring compliance with quality targets, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
 •  Experience in contributing to the creation of user interface texts, with a keen eye for translatability, terminological correctness, and adherence to style guidelines.
 •  Familiarity with translation vendor management and harmonization of translated terms.
 •  Knowledge of process automation and its application within language operations.
 •  A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to contribute to initiatives and projects across the organization.

What is Here for You:

By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to:

 •  Take accountability for the success and value creation of the Predictive Maintenance program/project.
 •  Lead a complex, cross-site Global Service program/project and contribute to the success of Roche Diagnostics Global Service Strategy.
