In this role, you will support the project leader in coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams, managing suppliers, as well as liaising with the client's technical team and public administrations. The candidate will join Arup Madrid's Property Advisory team.Although the candidate's main tasks will involve coordination, management, and consultancy, it would be valuable to have first-hand experience in the design, calculation, sizing, and specification of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems in tertiary buildings within the technology sector/data centers, and industrial (Science & Industry & Technology) sectors.
