Position: Specialist Bid & Proposal Vascular - Portuguese (Located in Madrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Public Tenders and present them in a timely manner on electronic platforms.
- Prepare new offers to Customer and respond to quotation requests and price enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Keep tender records in an efficient manner allowing easy but secure access by relevant sales staff.
- Track tender and sales contract renewal/submission dates and respond accordingly.
- Keep consignment records according policy.
Minimum requirements:
- Experience: 1 year in tender processes and price quotation in Portugal market
- Portugues C2 or Native - Mandatory
- English is a plus
- Minimum high school
- Proficient Microsoft Word and Excel
- Sap Demand is a plus
- Medical Device industry administrative experience is a plus
