Experteer Overview
In this role, you help shape Playgami’s cloud platform foundations and tooling to secure scalable, reliable production systems. You collaborate with multiple engineering teams to improve infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring across AWS/GCP and Kubernetes-based environments.You will build core platform artifacts used by many teams and promote best practices in an agile, impact‑driven culture. This is a hands-on opportunity to elevate how Scopely delivers game production, operation, and insights at scale. You’ll join a cross-functional, autonomous team that values clarity, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Contribute to the platform foundations roadmap to improve cloud infrastructure and processes
- Provide tooling to standardize development, monitoring, and reliability of production systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance infrastructure including Kubernetes, deployment systems, and AWS/GCP configurations
- Build core software artifacts to support the evolving Playgami platform
- Promote a platform culture of autonomy with impactful delivery across boundaries
- Own the quality of team output and help establish best practices
- Work in an agile environment where team input matters
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform services
- Strong understanding of software development processes and CI/CD pipelines
- Maintainable, high-quality code with a focus on automation
- Strong computer science and engineering fundamentals
- Experience designing reliable, fault-tolerant, easy-to-operate applications
- Experience collaborating with end users (engineers) to tailor infrastructure to their needs
- Fluency in English
