As a Data Analyst at zooplus, you will join the Shopping u0026amp; Markets Analytics team to transform transactional and behavioral data into clear, actionable insights that inform product and business decisions. You own the end-to-end analytics workflow, from data provisioning to dashboards, enabling data-driven decisions and performance improvements.You apply statistics and experimentation methods, build visualizations, and present findings to stakeholders. This role supports cross-functional product initiatives and fosters a data-driven culture.

- Conduct deep-dives into product datasets to generate actionable insights
- Perform product discovery analysis to identify opportunities and hypotheses
- Apply statistical techniques (A/B testing, regression, forecasting) to evaluate performance
- Develop advanced dashboards and SQL-based reports to track KPIs
- Present findings to stakeholders and tailor messaging for audiences
- Integrate insights from multiple data sources into a cohesive framework
- Contribute to building and sustaining a data-driven culture across the organization
- Collaborate with product teams across the lifecycle to measure impact and opportunities
- Stay updated on analytical advancements and suggest new methods or tools
- 3+ years in a data-driven product environment, preferably in e-commerce
- Strong analytical and statistical background with critical thinking
- Proven experience with A/B testing, regression analysis, and forecasting
- Advanced SQL skills (query optimization, large datasets, data mart creation)
- Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Strong communication skills; ability to present to senior stakeholders
- Experience with Adobe Analytics or similar digital analytics tools
- Ability to simplify complex data insights for diverse audiences
- Bachelor's or Master's in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (preferred)
