About the role
We are looking for a Senior 3D Artist to join our Creative team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled and detail-oriented visual designer who combines strong technical expertise with a refined aesthetic eye.
You will be responsible for creating high-impact 3D visuals and motion content across a variety of digital formats, with a strong focus on social-first executions. Working closely with creative, design, and strategy teams, you will translate concepts and briefs into compelling visual stories that elevate brand identity and engage audiences.
This is a fast-paced role suited for someone who thrives under tight deadlines, enjoys solving creative challenges, and is passionate about pushing the boundaries of 3D design in a commercial environment.
Key responsibilities- Develop high-quality 3D visuals and animations for digital and social media campaigns
- Translate creative briefs into engaging and visually striking 3D content
- Handle the full 3D pipeline, including modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and compositing
- Create content optimized for social formats (vertical, square, short-form video)
- Integrate 3D elements with motion design using After Effects
- Collaborate with designers, creatives, and strategists to ensure alignment with brand and campaign objectives
- Maintain high visual standards while working efficiently under tight deadlines
- Optimize scenes and workflows for fast and scalable production
- Contribute to creative ideation and propose innovative visual solutions
- Ensure consistency in style, quality, and branding across all deliverables
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in 3D design, motion, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender
- Strong experience with GPU render engines such as Redshift or Octane
- Solid understanding of modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering workflows
- Proficiency in After Effects for compositing and motion integration
- Experience creating content tailored for social media platforms
- Strong visual sensibility, with a keen eye for composition, lighting, and branding
- Experience with animation and basic simulations (dynamics, particles, cloth)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines
- Strong organizational skills and efficient scene management
- Ability to interpret and elevate creative briefs into impactful visual outputs
- English (mandatory)
- Spanish (preferably)
- Any other languages are a plus.
- Holidays: 22 working days + 3 days established by the collective agreement + national and local public holidays.
