Lead the Order to Serve Master Data capability within Sanofi, ensuring SAP S/4HANA and MDG design meet business needs. Manage a 5–8 person team delivering core master data and commercial policy processes across O2S scenarios. Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and K-user readiness during deployment.

Collaborate with Global Process Leads to optimize process design and alignment with the order-to-cash strategy. This role combines hands-on program leadership with cross-functional influence to enable scalable, compliant master data management.

Lead and develop a team of 5–8 experts in trade processes and master data management
Set performance objectives, conduct reviews, coach, and foster career development
Manage resource allocation and workload across the team
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of new members
Drive change management and stakeholder engagement across deployments
Conduct data validation, gap analysis, and derive business requirements
Lead scoping, design reviews, and documentation for core model and deviations
Oversee build, testing, training, hypercare, and transition to BAU
Collaborate with solution delivery and global process leads on specifications
Monitor process performance metrics and continuous improvement opportunities
Manage risk, issues, and governance for projects

Responsabilidades

7–10 years in Trade Processes and Master Data Management
Proven experience leading transformation programs
Extensive SAP implementation experience, especially S/4HANA and MDG
Deep understanding of Supply Chain, order-to-cash, and commercial policy frameworks
Minimum 3 years of people management experience
Experience leading and developing trade and master data teams
Track record of improving team performance
Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
