Join Axpo’s ETRM Development team in Madrid and help drive Trading & Sales success through innovative technology solutions. Work on our core ETRM system, collaborating with global teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
- Design, develop, and maintain features for our ETRM system and integrated interfaces
- Adapt to evolving business needs, enabling Trading & Sales success through technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business workflows into technical solutions
- Diagnose and resolve production issues to ensure business continuity
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments using Agile/Scrum methodologies
What you bring & who you are:
- 5+ years of .NET development experience
- Proficiency in .NET 6+ and RESTful APIs; experience with Blazor is a plus
- Solid SQL Server expertise for writing and maintaining efficient queries (or similar DB technologies)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Analytical mindset with a focus on code quality, maintainability, and performance
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills to collaborate across global teams
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Azure or similar cloud technologies, containerization, and Docker; experience with ETRM systems and domain workflows
