Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) Global Key Accounts

We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to join our Global Key Account Management team in Barcelona. In this role, you will support order processing and assist throughout the entire process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service.
Your job:
Prepare, revise and follow up quotations for global key accounts
Manage orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time execution
First contact person for quotes, orders, and other internal processes for the assigned global key accounts.
Sourcing and coordinate landing quotes and orders with our worldwide network of subsidiaries and distributors
Close cooperation with other departments such as lighting design, accounting, and operations to ensure a smooth lighting project flow
General administrative tasks linked to our global key account management
Qualifications and skills:
Relevant background in lighting, electricity , architecture, or a business-related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Other languages are a plus
Experience of using an ERP system (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/AX)
Strong service orientation
Proactive, self-motivated personality with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
