• Drive forward-looking financial analysis to support strategic decisions, including new product launches
• Own Pu0026L storytelling, track performance, and translate variances into actionable insights
• Partner with cross-functional teams to challenge assumptions, optimize budgets, and highlight risks/opportunities
• Create compelling, insight-led presentations for senior stakeholders
• Develop and improve financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools for accuracy and efficiency
• Leverage Hyperion and Tableau to extract data and tell meaningful business stories
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline analysis and reporting processes
• Bring proactive mindset, energy, and curiosity to improve ways of working

• Strong experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (Pu0026L, accruals, month-end close)
• Experience with financial planning systems (e.g., Hyperion) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) - preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior and non-financial audiences
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines
