Sr Product Manager - Control Software

You work with Engineering, Services, and Commercial teams to translate market and field data into a compelling product vision, while owning commercialization and budgets. This role offers autonomy in commercial decisions and a chance to impact the wind business at scale.

• Own end-to-end product management for turbine controls software and firmware, including release planning and feature prioritization
• Collaborate with Engineering, Services, and Commercial teams to synthesize customer needs, field data, and market trends into a differentiation strategy
• Drive business case development, funding justification, and program oversight for continuous improvement and next-generation controls
• Define and manage embedded controls requirements balancing new features with fleet sustainability and lifecycle
• Ensure cross-platform compatibility with SCADA, Condition Monitoring, and Grid Integration product managers
• Serve as customer-facing SME, supporting contract negotiations, technical reviews, and ITO activities
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments related to turbine controls and embedded systems

• Master's degree (or equivalent)
• Significant experience in Sales & Digital Sales Operations for roles outside the USA or Master's level equivalent for USA
• Experience with embedded systems, real-time controls, or hardware/firmware development
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business cases and product decisions
• Strong cross-functional relationship-building and stakeholder alignment
• Proven program/portfolio leadership and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with leadership presence
