Experteer Overview

You lead international marketing for Medtronic’s Pelvic Health portfolio, driving launches and lifecycle management across multiple European markets from a remote base. You translate market insights into actionable plans, align regional teams, and partner with sales, market development, and global marketing to deliver measurable commercial impact.

You’ll shape product marketing and communications, support training and congress activities, and enable faster adoption in a dynamic, cross-functional context.

  • Design and lead marketing strategies for the Pelvic Health portfolio, enabling omnichannel activation across campaigns and launches
  • Define and execute end-to-end international product launch strategy, aligning cross-functional and regional teams for readiness and impact
  • Collaborate with Downstream country marketing, Sales leadership, and analytics to drive regional plans and lifecycle management with measurable campaigns
  • Gather and analyze market and competitive intelligence to inform portfolio and marketing initiatives
  • Develop and implement competitive sales and marketing programs with global downstream marketing and update competitive training with the customer experience team
  • Support sales with marketing expertise, therapy/product knowledge, and clinical data; engage with KOL management to strengthen international relationships
  • Work with Market development, Downstream marketing, Health economics & reimbursement to design patient pathways improving referral efficiency and access to care
Responsabilidades
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong marketing and commercial background in medical devices, preferably urology
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects with impact
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages beneficial
  • Ability to lead, collaborate with, and influence cross-functional teams; excellent communication skills
  • Strong learning agility to grasp clinical and technical concepts
  • Travel approximately 30-50% (internal)
