In this role you will lead and grow Pokémon GO's European social channels, aligning with regional teams to tailor global campaigns and launch market-specific activations. You will drive growth, engagement, and cultural resonance with Gen Z and Gen Alpha, translating trends into authentic, high-performing content.You’ll collaborate across global teams to ensure brand consistency while localizing to diverse markets, and you’ll shape the global narrative through regional insights.

- Collaborate with regional teams to set local goals and seasonal priorities
- Coordinate with global teams to align Europe priorities with broader campaigns
- Plan and execute campaigns highlighting in-game events, milestones, and new features
- Create campaign briefs with local input, ensuring culturally nuanced tone and messaging
- Oversee asset direction and approvals with internal, regional, and external partners
- Monitor regional and global social trends and translate them into creative concepts for Gen Z/Gen Alpha
- Analyze regional performance and sentiment to optimize content and inform planning
- Prepare social performance reports with regional teams, surfacing learnings and best practices
- Contribute to global social workstreams and bring to life Scopely’s global creative strategy
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and ensure reliable attendance and collaboration
- 3+ years of experience managing social media for consumer brands (gaming/entertainment/youth culture in Europe)
- Proven ability to market to Gen Z and Gen Alpha; knowledge of digital behaviors and platforms
- Strong experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and short-form video strategies
- Proven ability to localize and scale content across markets through collaboration with regional teams
- Familiarity with licensors for cross-brand reviews and approvals; brand consistency across stakeholders
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and passion for innovation and learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication across multicultural teams
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Experience with Sprinklr, Sprout Social, or similar tools
- Familiarity with Pokémon GO, Pokémon, or mobile game marketing is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle dynamic situations with limited notice
- Experience working on cross-functional teams with effective written and verbal asynchronous communication
