You will oversee interfaces with external vendors, monitor system health, and drive improvements in clinical informatics processes. This position offers a chance to influence study recruitment, trial startup efficiency, and overall clinical data quality in a fast-paced environment.

• Administer Veeva Clinical and related reporting systems and prepare metric reports
• Ensure data accuracy in clinical systems with study teams
• Support end-user issue/enhancement requests under TMF Compliance Manager guidance; provide hands-on training
• Manage user access to Veeva Clinical system
• Monitor and support integration with client-partner CROs to ensure data flow and record mapping
• Collaborate with technical team to implement system enhancements and rollouts
• Assist in creating training materials, manuals, and learning solutions for clinical systems
• Provide SharePoint Site Administration for Clinical Study Support Team Sites
• Support data-driven decision making to optimize recruitment and study startup efficiency

• Bachelor Degree in IT or scientific field
• Minimum 5 years of pharma industry experience related to clinical systems support
• Veeva Platform knowledge preferred
• GCP environment knowledge
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
• Strong analytical thinking and computer skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines
