Experteer Overview

In this role you drive Environmental Health and Safety initiatives for the food colors business. You will maintain compliance calendars, lead audits, and support capital projects related to EHS. You contribute to a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory and process safety compliance across the site.

You’ll collaborate with engineering and operations to enable safe, compliant processes at scale. This is a hands-on leadership IC role with meaningful impact on risk reduction and operational excellence.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

Maintain site EH&S compliance calendar and track completion of activities
Prepare and submit facility EHS reporting to internal and external bodies
Manage facility contractor safety program
Support site audit and inspection program; report and close observations
Collaborate with facility engineering on EHS-related capital requests
Lead process safety management compliance activities
Prepare and submit environmental permitting requests for process changes
Coordinate corrective actions from audits, inspections, and incident investigations
Lead incident investigations related to process safety events
Develop, track, and maintain EHS training programs; promote health and safety culture

Responsabilidades

Minimum of five years of EHS experience in a food manufacturing facility or similar
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Safety & Health Management, Industrial Hygiene, Industrial Technology or Comparable Degree
Solid working knowledge of local and federal regulations
