Experteer Overview

The role emphasizes test automation, regression testing, and rigorous verification across embedded software. You will contribute to robust CI/CD workflows and quality-driven releases. This is a hands-on position at the intersection of hardware-aware software and datacenter energy solutions.

• Understand power control systems and datacenter-related topologies to verify requirements accurately
• Identify opportunities for test automation in embedded software and build robust tools as part of a test framework
• Define test specifications from requirements and develop automated test code for stable regression suites with traceability
• Analyze results to identify defects, assist debugging with developers, and document root cause analysis
• Check release quality and verify/sign-off against acceptance criteria
• Prepare test reports with findings and recommendations
• Provide feedback to developers on issues and improvement areas
• Apply software best practices including CI/CD, version control, static analysis, and automated testing frameworks
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD workflows for embedded systems to ensure reliable software releases

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience in embedded systems or software testing
• Minimum 3 years developing test code with Python and PyTest
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD environments such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of embedded protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN)
• Working knowledge of signal processing concepts (filters, FFTs, harmonic distortion)
