Partner Success and Onboarding Specialist – UK & Ireland
Your mission
At Playtomic we are looking for a candidate with an almost native level of English and experience communicating with B2B clients (experience managing Onboardings is a plus). The ideal person should be process driven, persuasive, and well-organized.
What you’ll be doing- Manage and process onboarding referrals and trainings.
- Contact each club within one working day using the approved onboarding email or message.
- Track the club’s progress throughout the onboarding process.
- Conduct follow-up and organize online meetings to assist clubs in completing their onboarding checklist (including pre-opening offers, memberships, pricing, pre-opening holiday periods, etc.).
- Schedule and deliver training sessions for new clubs before their go-live date.
- Post-Onboarding Responsibilities (Longtail Clubs):
- Provide additional 1:1 training sessions as needed.
- Organize, invite clubs to, and deliver monthly webinars to present newly released features, explain their benefits, and demonstrate how to use them.
- Analyze long-tail club activity and behavior.
- Manage retention and engagement initiatives for long-tail clubs based on ongoing policy and data analysis, aiming to enhance their overall experience.
Who you’ll be playing with
You'll be working closely with and reporting to the Regional Manager. You'll be part of a wider team of Partner Success Specialists.
Our Ideal "Player"- B2B Partner Success or Customer Care experience (2 years). Experience managing onboardings will be highly valued.
- Close to a native English
- Tech savvy: Experience with Hubspot, other CRMs, and expertise in Google Sheets
- Precision. Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality delivery.
- Problem solver, highly organized, detail-oriented, and decisive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and high-performance organization
- Proactive, quick-witted, open, sales skills, self-starter with an appetite to learn
- Experience doing B2B Onboardings and trainings.
- Experience in the padel/tennis industry.
- Experience with Hubspot is a plus.
- Salary: Depending on experience, to be discussed in the meeting with People Team
- Budget for personal training
- Holidays according to the country based + day off on your birthday + 2 days off for Wellness days in August.
