In this role you will contribute to Sustainable Fitch's mission by applying ESG methodologies to assess sustainability impacts on corporate credit and debt instruments. You will produce timely, well-argued analyses to support ESG-focused ratings and research, collaborating with a global team.You will monitor a portfolio of entities and stay current with regulatory and sector trends. This is a growth-oriented position within a globally recognized ratings group, offering strong learning opportunities and cross-functional exposure.

- Engage with colleagues across regions to leverage knowledge and build international relationships
- Degree in a discipline with environmental science, social risk, governance themes, or economics/finance (level not specified)
- 1–3 years of sustainability experience and familiarity with sustainability market themes and regulations
- Basic financial literacy and ability to work with data
- Strong analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with time-management and prioritization abilities
- Proficiency in German and English (other languages beneficial)
