As Hardware and Software Purchase Manager, you drive the procurement of COTS hardware and software for multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. You will coordinate purchasing, approvals, supplier selection, and licensing management, bridging procurement with project needs.You’ll manage goods-in processes, inventory, and warehousing while reporting status to project leads. The role blends negotiation, vendor coordination, and license transfer to final customers in a hybrid, growth‑oriented environment.

- Define needs and obtain purchase approvals
- Select providers and negotiate terms and conditions
- Place purchase orders and track progress
- Coordinate goods-in activities: reception, inspection, inventory, warehousing, and release to production
- Report purchase requests status to project leads
- Transfer software licenses to final customers and manage supplier services
- Experience with modern standard COTS computing/networking hardware and COTS software, in purchasing, selling, or integration/configuration
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Knowledge of COTS software licenses, licensing, and dimensioning
- Familiarity with Jira/Confluence (value)
