You’ll elevate analytics standards, mentor teammates, and foster a culture of data-informed decision making. This role blends quantitative rigor with business sense to influence roadmaps and cross-functional initiatives at Socialpoint.

• Shape data-driven game strategy and influence product roadmaps and monetization
• Analyze player behavior, economy trends, and product performance with cross-functional teams
• Design A/B tests and build predictive models (e.g., churn, LTV, segmentation) to forecast outcomes
• Mentor analysts and present insights to senior leadership through storytelling and dashboards
• Collaborate on data tools, pipelines, and promote data literacy and experimentation best practices

• Experience in analytics or data science roles, ideally in gaming, mobile apps, or digital products
• Strong business sense and product intuition; ability to prioritize what matters
• Solid experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation design
• Background in applied statistics; Bayesian methods is a plus
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis
• Excellent communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar
• Experience mentoring or leading other analysts is a plus
• Fast learner, meticulous, proactive, and pragmatic
