Our software is being used in millions of devices and our clients vary from the main thin client manufacturers to the world’s leading film production labels.Job descriptionFluendo is looking to recruit a Account Manager to be responsible of managing a Business Unit relationships with its customers.
The Account Manager are in charge of building long-term relationships with a group of customers and generally stay with customers for the length of their relationship with the company. The goal is to keep clients or accounts as long as possible and more!
;) The RoleCoordinate with the Sales Manager and other Sales Account Managers to ensure consistent service and goals.Collaborates with other members of the Sales Team to reach prospective clients.Generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling of products within the corresponding Business Unit or another Business Unit.Operates as the point of contact (PoC) for assigned customers or accounts.Forecasts and tracks client account metrics.Keep track of client transactions through Jira, Confluence and the Back-Office.Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in the agreed deadline.Be the representative of the company’s values and culture to potential customers, providers or partners.Attend to events and trade shows to acquire new leads and opportunities.Cooperation and alignment with the Marketing Team regarding marketing actions.Work together with the Product Manager and/or Engineering Manager to expose the client’s needs in order elaborate the product roadmap.PerksGreat work environmentFlexible working hours/ Remote WorkPlus Telework and Gym salary complement 2 days off and personal budget for conferences and coursesInternal hackathonsInternal tech talksHalf-day on Fridays25 vacation daysMedical insurance2 team buildings per yearRelocation pack if you are moving to Barcelona or Full remote positionEnglish and Spanish lessonsRequirementsQualificationsUniversity degree, Engineer Background is a plusYou have 2+ years of experience in sales in a Tech or Startup companyAdvanced English proficiency and SpanishIndustry: Business management software to small and medium sized companies .Training process: Sales methodology knowledge to achieve fast sales ramp up and revenue growth.Knowledge in US and EMEA Markets Experience in the Multimedia or Technology industry is a plusYou are highly organized, detail-oriented and possessing a high level of integrity.Tools (Jira/Confluence/CRM)You are a team player that works well in collaborative situations and dynamic environments.
