As Ambassador of the Maison in Barcelona, you collaborate with the Boutique Director to drive boutique performance and profitability through effective team leadership and exceptional client service. You shape the organization, recruit and develop talent, and ensure smooth operation of the boutique and care services.You translate targets into actionable plans, monitor KPIs, and uphold Maison standards while building relationships with VIP clients. This role blends people leadership, operational excellence, and brand representation to support the Maison’s legacy and growth.

- Support CRM programs ROI tracking and client relationship initiatives
- Act as a Maison ambassador to foster direct VIP engagement
