You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure robust, scalable retail IT solutions. This is a chance to shape the in-store layouting experience for millions of customers in a fast-growing, nearshore environment.

• Own quality assurance for manual and automated testing within the team
• Execute load and performance tests
• Coordinate integration and end-to-end tests with involved departments
• Maintain transparent defect reporting and resolution
• Design and implement product-specific test automation concepts
• Operate and maintain the test automation solution amid system changes and CICD updates
• Develop tooling for automated tests on GCP
• Be hands-on in code when needed
• Collaborate in an English-speaking agile team in Spain

• Minimum 4 years as a test specialist (manual + automated testing)
• In-depth knowledge of test automation development
• API testing experience (ReadyAPI, Insomnia, JMeter)
• Programming experience in Java
• Cloud platform experience (preferred GCP)
• Experience with microservices and containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Messaging systems experience (Kafka, JMS or MQ)
• Version control experience (GitHub, GitLab)
• Willingness to learn new languages/frameworks (Kotlin, Quarkus)
• Experience in agile teams (Scrum)
• Extensive use of test management tools (Xray or Spira)
• High self-organization, initiative, and responsibility
• Strong English communication skills
