In this role you will implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll in cloud environments and contribute to HR digital transformation initiatives. You will work on client engagements to apply ECP skills, ensuring smooth payroll operations in a cloud context.The position combines technical payroll expertise with project participation to drive transformation and delivery. This is a hands-on, impact-oriented role within cross-functional client teams.

- Demonstrable experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll (ECC or S/4HANA)
- Experience with Employee Central ECP integration
- Knowledge of payroll processes, times, absences and benefits
- Experience with payroll legislation (especially Spain)
- Knowledge of schemas, PCRs and payroll rules
- Experience in interfaces and integrations
- User support and incident management skills
