In this role you will lead pricing execution for Consumer and Commercial products across Spain u0026amp; Portugal, translating HQ pricing strategy into local actions that drive profitability and governance. You will partner with Sales, Finance and HQ Pricing to enable effective market execution while safeguarding profitability and channel balance.

The position emphasizes analytical pricing know-how with strong commercial insight to influence stakeholders and align GTM strategy with customer needs. This is a chance to shape regional pricing and contribute to Bridgestone’s mission of superior quality in mobility.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

Lead pricing execution across all product categories in line with HQ strategy and governance.
Translate central pricing guidelines into actionable local pricing actions and tactical plans.
Prepare and manage price lists and pricing communications.
Monitor pricing performance, profitability and variances versus budget and prior year.
Support financial forecasting processes (OB, MBP) and pricing-related reporting.
Provide operational tools and support to Sales teams for effective market execution.
Drive standardization, simplification and adoption of pricing and BI tools.
Strengthen cross-functional collaboration to align pricing, GTM strategy and customer needs.
Provide market insights and support value-based pricing initiatives.

Responsabilidades

6-10 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, Sales Operations or Revenue Management.
Proven experience managing price lists, discounts and pricing governance.
Experience with pricing tools, SAP or advanced analytics environments.
Experience in Automotive or B2B distribution environments.
Strong forecasting, margin analysis and pricing performance monitoring experience.
Solid experience working with Sales teams and supporting commercial execution.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools.
Exposure to multinational organizations with centralized pricing governance.
Fluent English.
