Experteer Overview

You’ll shape security, observability, and deployment processes while supporting ML/AI workloads in a growth-focused, values-driven environment. This is a cross-functional role with meaningful impact on scalable AI capabilities in a global consulting firm.

• Design, maintain and support cloud infrastructure for AI solutions
• Build secure landing zones (VNets, private endpoints, RBAC, Managed Identities)
• Standardize infrastructure patterns and reusable modules
• Operate AKS / Azure Container Apps for containerized AI workloads
• Implement Infrastructure as Code solutions
• Implement robust CI/CD pipelines
• Automate container build and release workflows
• Support model deployment patterns (real-time endpoints, batch jobs)
• Ensure AI cloud security and compliance principles
• Implement monitoring & observability (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, App Insights)
• Establish guardrails for LLM integrations (data handling, prompt injection mitigations, secrets, logging redaction, model access controls)

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering
• Strong production experience with Azure (especially Azure Foundry)
• Solid Kubernetes experience (AKS preferred)
• Knowledge of SharePoint integration, Power Automate, and Logic Apps
• Strong Docker and containerization skills
• Strong API integration experience (REST, webhooks, OAuth2/OIDC, service principals/managed identity)
• Infrastructure as Code expertise (Terraform preferred)
• Experience supporting ML/AI workloads or data-heavy systems
• Security-first mindset and experience designing production-ready environments
• Mastery of clear and concise communication as well as documentation for different stakeholder groups in English (C1+)
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LangSmith, or other evaluation, testing, and observation orchestration platforms is preferred
