In this freelance hybrid role based in Barcelona, you will manage day-to-day international transport operations from order creation to warehouse release. You’ll work closely with logistics providers, monitor shipments end-to-end, and use SAP as the core system for traceability and documentation.
The position emphasizes proactive, hands-on coordination and problem-solving to keep the end-to-end logistics process running smoothly. A strong focus on import/export knowledge, Incoterms, and collaboration with freight forwarders will drive efficient operations.

This is a key delivery role within a global logistics team offering long-term collaboration potential.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

Operational execution within the international transport department
Transport planning and release of shipments to the warehouse
Daily coordination with logistics operators and freight forwarders
Management and review of export/import documentation
Monitoring transport flows from order creation to final delivery
SAP as a key user for transport operations management, tracking, and control
Work with DCM to manage daily tasks via alerts/exceptions from SAP
Resolve operational incidents related to transport and documentation
Collaborate with the team to ensure end-to-end logistics process functions properly

Responsabilidades

At least 2 years in international logistics/transport
Knowledge of import and export processes
Knowledge and application of Incoterms
Experience with international logistics operators (e.g., DHL, global freight forwarders)
SAP user level / SAP Key User in logistics
Strong Excel skills for operational support
High level of English (mandatory)
Proactive, hands-on, day-to-day oriented profile
