Experteer Overview

In this role you manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts to secure renewals and drive long-term retention and growth. You collaborate with sales, CS, and operations to ensure a smooth renewal process while identifying upsell opportunities and reinforcing Elastic's value.

You will communicate progress and risks to stakeholders and stay informed on product capabilities to educate customers. This position fits within the customer success ecosystem at Elastic, enabling large customers to leverage AI-powered search at scale.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts with proactive engagement leading up to renewal (minimum 180 days).
  • Execute the full renewal cycle from forecasting and negotiation to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify and qualify expansion and upsell opportunities during renewal talks, collaborating with account executives and customer success managers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders and articulate ongoing value of Elastic's AI-powered search solutions.
  • Communicate renewal status, risk, and forecasts with precision in Salesforce (SFDC) and other reporting tools.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, legal, operations, and customer success to streamline processes and resolve challenges quickly.
  • Stay informed on new product capabilities to educate customers on Elastic's evolving value proposition.
Responsabilidades
  • Proven experience managing enterprise renewals or SaaS account portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of renewal/retention processes, including forecasting, risk mitigation, and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building across technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple renewal cycles independently and prioritize strategic engagements.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and data management standards.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to creating value and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Passion for technology, analytics, and open source solutions.
  • Fluent in French and English.
