• Design and develop customer-facing portals for subscriptions, billing, and account management
• Build robust backend services and APIs powering portal workflows
• Integrate internal systems (CRM, billing, product platforms) and external services
• Ensure security, reliability, and performance of portals
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Finance, Sales, and Support to translate business needs into scalable UX
• Own features end-to-end from architecture through production monitoring and optimization
• Contribute to architectural decisions and RFCs to improve the platform
• Work with GitOps, CI/CD practices and short development cycles

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer (backend or full-stack)
• Experience building customer-facing platforms or SaaS with focus on usability and reliability
• Production-grade API and backend service design and maintenance
• Frontend experience with React or similar frameworks
• Experience integrating multiple systems and services (internal and third-party)
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to deliver end-to-end features
• Clear communication and collaboration with non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in English and with distributed teams
