As Group Product Manager for API Connectivity, you own the ERP connectivity domain, shaping strategy and delivery for direct ERP integrations and third‑party aggregators. You will drive scalable, reliable integrations that power financial workflows with partners and customers, working with engineering, vendors, and cross‑functional stakeholders.This role is key to expanding Ebury’s API platform reach and adoption, in a hybrid Madrid setting.
Compensaciones / Beneficios- Own the ERP Connectivity product domain, including direct ERP integrations (Sage, QuickBooks) and aggregator platforms (Codat, Merge, Apideck)
- Define vision, roadmap, and success metrics for ERP connectivity
- Make build vs. buy decisions for integrations
- Translate partner needs into API requirements and specifications
- Collaborate with backend engineers to deliver scalable integrations
- Manage dependencies with ERP providers and aggregators
- Ensure integrations are production-ready, well-documented, and maintainable
- Serve as primary product contact for ERP connectivity internally
- Coordinate with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Compliance
- Engage external partners/vendors to manage requirements, timelines, and changes
- Ensure API design quality, documentation, data models, and scalable onboarding with API Platform & DevEx team
- 5+ years Product Management (L4) / 7+ years (L5)
- Strong API, integrations, or platform product experience
- Direct ERP or accounting software integration experience (Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, etc.)
- Ability to work with technical teams on complex data models and workflows
- Proven ability to manage external dependencies and third‑party vendors
