International Accounting Specialist

• Ensure that accounting closings are carried out within established deadlines.
• Prepare consolidated reports free of material errors and in line with IFRS.
• Ensure that accounting documentation is complete and properly supports the financial statements.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports in English for management and international teams.
• Record and review accounting transactions of the different group entities.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and collaborate in the consolidation of financial statements.
• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Ensure correct application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and internal policies.
• Maintain updated accounting and documentation files for the group’s entities.
• Collaborate in external audits and in the preparation of the required information.
• Support the implementation and improvement of administrative and accounting processes.
• Coordinate with international teams to collect information and resolve accounting issues.

Requirements:

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in international environments or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Highly organized and deadline-oriented.
• Advanced English level (minimum B2).
• Secondary and/or higher education in Accounting, Business Administration and Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in teams in multicultural environments.
