You focus on quality, safety, and clear communication, acting as a trusted advisor to optimize outcomes. You will work with cross‑functional teams to design, configure, validate, install, and commission automation and protection systems that strengthen the grid.

• Develop high‑quality, timely project proposals and plans
• Lead projects to meet scope, schedule, budget, and safety targets
• Prepare detailed scoping, scheduling, and budgeting documents
• Use project metrics to forecast performance and report to stakeholders
• Identify and address project and process deficiencies
• Manage end‑to‑end projects for automation and/or protection systems
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and propose solutions within SEL competencies
• Monitor change management when deviations occur and apply structured processes

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong knowledge of electric power system protection, control, automation, and communications
• Working knowledge of electric power system design, ICT, and protective relays
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally at least 25%
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
• Ability to learn new skills and work cooperatively in a team
• Proven ability to manage projects from bid to close‑out
