Descripción We are currently seeking a Frontend Software Engineer (React) to take responsibility for building, enhancing, and maintaining products or systems that support Sage’s business plans and long-term objectives, using the identified architecture.
As a Frontend Engineer at Sage, you’ll leverage your expertise in modern frontend development to maintain and enhance our top-tier applications, delivering seamless, high-quality experiences that exceed customer expectations.

*** Please note that this role is hybrid and will require you to work 3 days a week from our Barcelona office. ***Responsabilidades principales
- Develop, maintain, and enhance frontend solutions using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js, working with micro-frontend architecture to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Write high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code while addressing bugs and optimizing frontend performance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align technical implementations with business goals and deliver new features.
- Utilize tools such as Storybook, TanStack Query, and Mock Service Worker to create reusable UI components and responsive, data-driven user interfaces.
- Implement and optimize testing strategies, leveraging tools like Playwright, to ensure feature stability and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and agile processes, fostering collaboration and enhancing overall development practices.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining responsive frontend applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js, including working with micro-frontend architecture.
- Proficient in creating and documenting reusable UI components using tools such as Storybook.
- Experienced in implementing and optimizing testing strategies with Playwright and Mock Service Worker.
- Strong team collaborator, that works effectively with product managers, designers, and backend developers to ensure features align with business objectives.
