AI / Azure Foundry Engineer

Experteer Overview

You translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions and collaborate with Payroll and Product SMEs to drive efficiency. You will lead architecture discussions and ensure responsible AI practices while staying ahead on Foundry capabilities.

• Design and build automation solutions using Azure AI Foundry features (model orchestration, vector search, secure prompt pipelines, evaluation tooling)
• Develop Python-based AI services integrated with Foundry workflows, hubs, models and datasets
• Create reusable AI components and patterns for other squads
• Establish guidelines for prompt design, model governance, evaluation, and safe AI deployment
• Lead discussions on AI architecture, responsible AI, and performance optimization
• Develop end-to-end intelligent automation for high-frequency, high-effort processes
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems via secure APIs and microservices
• Build data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, embeddings, and vector search

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or related field
• Software Engineer with at least 6 years of professional experience
• Proven production/enterprise AI or ML solution delivery (>=3 years)
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry or comparable Azure AI/ML services
• Knowledge of security, governance and observability in AI projects
• Ability to communicate technical designs and AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with API/microservice-based integration and Python automation
