In this role you will drive avionics software requirements and design for helicopter systems integrated with mission-specific platforms. You will contribute across the software lifecycle, from architecture and requirements to implementation, verification, and qualification, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a transnational environment.You will work on embedded and non-embedded software for NH90, Tiger, and CUC-T programs, shaping system behaviors and ensuring compliance with customer needs. This opportunity offers involvement in complex avionics projects, with a focus on delivering robust SW that supports crew decision-making and mission execution.

- Create and refine SW requirements specifications
- Design and adapt SW architecture and source code; produce SW design documents
- Develop and update SW design artifacts and lifecycle deliverables
- Execute unit and CSC tests and perform design/source/test artifact verifications
- Support system architecture, system engineering, configuration management, and certification activities
- Contribute to SW qualification testing and project reviews
- Assist in process improvement and daily SW team activities
- Experience in SW Requirements Analysis and system modeling tools (Doors, Cameo)
- Experience with avionics interface protocols (Milbus, A429, A664) and interface documentation
- Proficiency in programming languages (C, C++, Ada, Rust)
- Knowledge of embedded and critical SW development
- Experience with SW configuration tools (Git, SVN, ClearCase)
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Desirable: SQL or MySQL databases
