R&D Development Center Manager

• Lead the R&D Development Center and technical team in line with innovation and sustainability goals
• Contribute to and manage the ONE R&D CPI roadmap to improve efficiency, creativity, and business impact
• Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities to expand the business
• Lead key projects that support business goals and monitor team metrics to ensure goals are met
• Participate in strategic leadership decisions and ensure compliance with Berry Safety guidelines
• Develop strategic plans for the development center focusing on market demands and collaborations with expert centers
• Oversee project execution, ensuring timeliness, budget adherence, and quality
• Coordinate restaging of products for relevant sites and prepare handover documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders on business continuity plans and security of supply initiatives
• Assist in the continuous improvement plans and follow launches at site or multisite levels
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Healthcare, Homecare, Food, Beverage, Beauty, and Wellness
• Co-lead processes to streamline and improve product consistency
• Manage resources and budget for the development center
• Prepare and present technical reports and proposals to senior management
• Mentor and develop team members to promote excellence and learning

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 10 years in R&D with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record leading R&D projects and high-performing teams
• Strong knowledge of industrial processes, technology and qualification principles
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in Healthcare, Homecare, Food, Beverage, Beauty, or Wellness sectors is highly desirable
