• Develop and maintain scalable backend platforms to support groceries and urgent daily needs
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering leaders, and cross‑functional teams across Q‑Commerce
• Lead onboarding and early‑stage vendor initiatives within the global ecosystem
• Troubleshoot complex issues, analyze root causes, and implement timely fixes
• Drive engineering excellence through design patterns, system design, and RFCs
• Mentor teammates, raise technical standards, and influence technical vision and strategy
• Lead initiatives spanning multiple squads or stakeholders to improve reliability and performance

• 7+ years of backend development experience using Java and/or Kotlin
• Experience with observability tools: Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog
• Experience with message brokers: SNS/SQS, Kafka, or Pub/Sub
• Strong emphasis on high code quality, automated testing, and engineering best practices
• Ability to lead, mentor, and set high standards for engineering excellence
• Experience driving technical vision, RFCs, and cross‑team collaboration
• Fluent English communication skills
