Experteer Overview

You work cross-functionally with teams to identify issues, document findings, and present results to management. This is a hands-on position in a global, fast-moving environment with opportunities to influence controls and business practices at scale.

• Perform and supervise audit procedures, including issue identification, evidence review, and documenting processes.
• Review work papers and perform quality checks on staff auditors' outputs.
• Conduct interviews, surveys, and prepare summary memos and working papers.
• Identify and document audit issues and recommendations using independent judgment.
• Participate in opening and closing meetings and monitor audit activity status.
• Communicate audit and advisory results to management via reports and presentations.
• Maintain productive auditee and staff relationships and contribute to the Audit Plan development.
• Provide training, coaching and guidance to Global Internal Audit auditors; support organizational project teams.
• Represent Global Internal Audit on project teams and management meetings.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• +3 years of full-time auditing experience, including SOX or other internal controls-based audits
• Experience in trading, engineering or related fields is a plus
• Strong knowledge of internal auditing and accounting principles; project management and leadership skills
• Proficient in verbal and written communication; ability to present findings and negotiate resolutions
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
