In this PMO Analyst role, you will provide clear visibility into project status and value realization, supporting efficient resource allocation and the financial viability of the project portfolio. You will work within the Portfolio Management Operations team to develop reporting frameworks and dashboards for stakeholders.

Your insights will guide risk mitigation, capacity planning, and continuous PMO improvement. This is a chance to shape how technology-enabled projects deliver tangible value in a global agribusiness context.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

Develop and maintain project reporting frameworks with KPIs, milestones, risks, and issues
Analyze project data to identify trends and improvement opportunities and present findings
Prepare presentations for senior management on project performance and portfolio health
Conduct resource capacity and demand analysis to optimize allocation
Assist in validating business cases and evaluating ROI for strategic alignment
Contribute to continuous PMO methodologies, processes, and tools
Support project managers in risk and issue management and escalation
Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery

Responsabilidades

3+ years in a PMO or project-related role in a technology-driven environment
Proven experience in developing and maintaining project reporting frameworks and dashboards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Proficiency with PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (ServiceNow, Azure DevOps)
Familiarity with PMO frameworks and concepts
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
Fluency in English; Portuguese preferred
