Experteer Overview

As the first Vibe Growth Marketing Manager, you drive product-led growth by understanding user problems and the journey from awareness to conversion. You’ll prototype AI-powered workflows and MVP growth experiments to unlock scalable channels, focusing on high-intent users who gain real value.

You collaborate across Design, Product, and Data to ship impactful growth tools and playbooks. This role blends hands-on prototyping with cross-functional impact to accelerate Contentsquare’s growth journey.

  • Build and ship MVP growth experiments with no heavy engineering support using tools like Lovable, Bubble, Zapier, or custom scripts
  • Prototype and launch AI-powered workflows to improve speed, personalization, and targeting across marketing channels
  • Automate repetitive marketing workflows from campaign QA to performance reporting and lead enrichment
  • Leverage APIs, webhooks, and LLMs to stitch together scalable growth infrastructure
  • Act as an internal multiplier, sharing tools, playbooks, and internal agents to accelerate GTM work
  • Collaborate with Design, Product, and Data to test and refine ideas that unlock new growth levers
Responsabilidades
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS growth marketing experience
  • Proven experience with AI, APIs, and automation tools; bonus for internal agents or custom GPTs
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills to translate tech into customer value
  • Fluency in Lovable, Zapier, Make, Tray, N8N, GPT-4, Retool, Notion, Airtable, Python, Javascript, SQL, LangChain, Vercel or equivalent
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Demand Gen to deliver integrated GTM initiatives
  • Bias toward shipping workable prototypes over extensive planning
  • Strong product sense and design instincts
  • Customer-centricity and commercial acumen to prioritize impactful initiatives
  • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus
