In this Loss Prevention Expert role, you will deliver security services to Amazon’s operational sites across the end-to-end supply chain to protect people, assets, and continuity. You’ll work within Global Security Operations to assess risks, implement mitigating actions, and uphold security standards.You will lead local LP projects, conduct audits, and collaborate with external partners to improve security infrastructure. The role offers the chance to impact safety, process resilience, and brand protection at scale.

- Identify vulnerabilities and define mitigating actions while ensuring legal and ethical compliance
- Coordinate with local management and external actors (e.g., law enforcement, industry associations) on security matters
- Ensure sites comply with Amazon global security standards
- Own Security and Loss Prevention projects at local, regional, and country levels
- Conduct regular physical security audits and investigate incidents and loss events
- Collect information via monitoring systems, data reports, and interviews to identify process vulnerabilities
- Drive mitigating measures and maintain physical integrity of sites with SMEs and external suppliers
- Improve physical security infrastructure and participate in budget planning for external suppliers
- Collaborate daily with external security service providers to ensure high-quality services and good customer experience
- Deliver LP education and awareness programs across management levels and implement the LP plan across the organization
- Degree or degree equivalent
- Experience in security or risk-related fields (security services, asset protection, loss prevention, risk management, audits, or similar)
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
- Upper intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish
