What You’ll Do

At Frekuent, data isn’t a support function, it’s how we make decisions. As our Analytics Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of data and business: turning questions from across the company into clear, reliable answers, and building the foundations that make every team smarter.

You’ll have a real impact from day one.

  • Be the data partner for Commercial, Operations Product, and Leadership teams understanding their questions and turning them into data deliverables that actually get used.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Help define and implement our data models and data warehouse layer.
  • Build and maintain ELT pipelines to support analytics needs across the company.
  • Set up monitoring, documentation, and quality checks to ensure data you publish is data people can trust.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive data tasks, and surface insights faster across the business.
  • Contribute to building a data-driven culture — helping teams ask better questions and interpret results with confidence.
  • Collaborate with the Data team to improve our modern data stack and shared tooling.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a data-related role (Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, BI Analyst, or similar).
  • Strong SQL skills, capable of writing complex queries across multiple tables.
  • Comfortable using Python for data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar.
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse).
  • Ability to translate business questions into data requirements and results back into business language.
  • Familiarity with dbt or similar data modeling tools is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment — proactive, hands-on, and ready to take ownership.
  • Proficiency in English and conversational Spanish.
We’d Love to Meet You If
  • You're genuinely passionate about data, analytics, and using them to drive real-world decisions and push the business forward.
  • You want to make an impact and grow with a company that’s scaling fast
  • You’re energized by building from zero and shaping new systems and processes turning messy data into clean, usable insights.
  • You’re comfortable balancing speed and quality in a fast-moving environment
  • You are creative, proactive, and looking for professional growth.
  • You can independently manage priorities and work autonomously.
What’s in it for you
  • A hybrid model that works – Enjoy the energy of our office 3 days a week and the flexibility of working remotely the other 2.
  • ⏰ Flexible schedule – because we trust you to own your time and your outcomes.
  • Meal vouchers – Enjoy a monthly support of meal vouchers to make your workdays tastier.
  • Health & wellness – private health insurance and discounted gym memberships to keep both body and mind in top shape.
  • Learning & development – English classes and role-specific training, because your growth is part of our journey.
  • 23 days of paid time off – plus local holidays, because great ideas need space to rest.
  • A dynamic, fast-growing environment – where each day is unique and every idea counts.
  • A collaborative mindset – surrounded by people who genuinely enjoy building together.
  • Regular afterwork & teambuilding events – activities to relax, connect, and strengthen team bonds.
