In this role, you contribute to Allianz’s Digital Resilience by overseeing Third Party Risk Management across AZ Group entities from Barcelona. You will drive risk assessments, document governance, and support audits, ensuring alignment with outsourcing policies and data privacy, legal, and security requirements.You’ll work with cross-functional teams to maintain a robust TPRM lifecycle and provide guidance on risk topics. This is a chance to shape outsourcing risk practices within a globally trusted insurer. You will engage with international stakeholders and influence risk governance.

- Implement and oversee the AZ Outsourcing u0026 Third-Party Risk Management Policy across assigned entities
- Conduct TPRM/Outsourcing assessments aligned with Risk, Data Privacy, Legal and Security
- Prepare vendor management-related reports and dashboards for senior management audits
- Maintain TPRM/outsourcing inventory and key documentation (risk assessments, due diligence, BoM approvals)
- Plan and facilitate Risk and Control Assessments for TPRM Service Providers; own governance system for the function
- Manage Quality Assurance over RCA, control documentation, and testing results, with clear reporting
- 2-4 years in risk management (operational, IT, project, outsourcing/vendor, or business risk)
- Experience in Third-Party Risk Management / Outsourcing / Vendor Management or Procurement is a plus
- University degree in Engineering, Legal, Business, Economics, or similar
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and conflict management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work with ambiguity
- Ability to plan and deliver quality results on time
- Team player with experience in virtual international teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Advanced MS Office skills; knowledge of ORGS/Open Pages and ServiceNow a plus
- Interest in IT and Generative AI as valuable assets
