You translate market signals into adaptive pricing actions, balancing tariffs, inflation, and value to shareholders. You will be at the forefront of market intelligence and strategic pricing.

• Coordinate with international leadership and cross-functional partners to craft competitive pricing strategies that align with financial targets
• Develop and execute price-to-value strategies; proactively shape bid prices to support ~20B in annual proposals
• Lead Regional Competitiveness Leaders in pricing analytics and economic competitiveness analyses to guide winning bid strategies
• Provide a clear view of competitive positioning across international markets to inform product/service investments
• Offer market and customer insights on economic conditions to influence pricing and investment decisions
• Apply LEAN and standard work to create a systematic approach to competitiveness, including KPI tracking
• Leverage analytics and customer feedback to identify competitiveness gaps and socialize findings with Product Strategy and Sourcing
• Inspire and manage a high-performing global team, fostering constructive debate on commercial strategy with strong analytics

• Significant experience in commercial analytics, business strategy and/or pricing strategy
• Deep understanding of energy project economics and/or financing fundamentals
• Knowledge of economic value levers, LCOE, competitive landscape, including technology/products, financials and sourcing strategies
• Exemplary change management, communication and analytical skills with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in economics, engineering, business or similar
