In this role you lead demand planning for the Consumer Tissue BU, shaping a world-class IBP and S&OP agenda within a global ISC context. You will develop the demand planning community, drive standardized processes, and enable assumption-based, transparent plans that underpin growth.You partner with cross-functional teams to balance ambition with feasibility, and advocate for a safe, sustainable, and well‑being focused workplace. This is a strategic, transformation‑driven leadership role with a clear impact on performance.

- Define and execute the IBP roadmap for the BU with Demand Planning Excellence
- Lead IBP, S&OP, and long-term planning to produce consensus, assumption-based plans
- Highlight risks, opportunities and trade-offs to support executive decisions
- Develop and coach a global demand planning community across geographies
- Partner with BU commercial teams and cross-functional stakeholders as the voice of demand
- Represent demand planning in S&OP and long-term planning forums
- Contribute to end-to-end Supply Chain strategy and act as an ambassador for demand planning
- Drive transformation and standardization of demand planning processes across regions
- Optimize short-term demand planning and order management to enable executable plans
- Accelerate adoption of digital tools and advanced planning technologies
- Contribute to global demand planning networks and ensure sustainable process deployment
- University degree in a related field
- 10+ years of international leadership experience in demand planning, S&OP and IBP across regions and in FMCG
- Proven ability to design and lead large-scale transformation with measurable impact
- Deep knowledge of forecasting methodologies, statistics, AI/ML forecasting and planning systems (e.g., SAP S/4, IBP, Anaplan)
- Proven change leadership in complex matrix organizations
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven leadership in multicultural environments
- Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
